Cynthia Elizondo earned her MBA in International Business in 1993 and has used this knowledge to start several successful entrepreneurial endeavors, but her true love has always been Real Estate. So, when the opportunity arose to follow that dream, she jumped at it, and never looked back. Since then, she has helped many clients achieve their own dreams of buying and selling their first home, investment properties, or next step on their real estate path.
As a Certified Negotiation Expert, Cynthia Elizondo knows what it takes to get a deal done. When representing buyers, she knows how to find exactly what you want, at a price you are comfortable with. When representing sellers, she has the ability to think outside the box, by going beyond just the price, to negotiate deals with potential buyers that create a win-win situation for both parties.
In her role as a parent of two children who attended schools within the Poway Unified School District for over 15 years, Cynthia is very familiar with the school district and all it has to offer. She knows the differences in the schools, and can help you find a home in the boundaries of the school that will be the best match for you and your children.
Following her belief that volunteerism makes for a strong community, Cynthia serves on the Board of Directors for the Poway Senior Center and the Poway Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Soroptimist International of Poway and Poway Real Estate Professionals. As a devout Catholic, Cynthia is also an active member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, where her husband serves as a deacon.
In addition to English, Cynthia is also fluent in Spanish and French. And if you speak the language of wine, she is always happy to regale you with stories of being raised in the Napa Valley.
