Rindy Barnes, a native San Diegan, embarked on her journey with degrees in Math and Computer Science from UC Santa Cruz. Her career took her to the Bay Area during the Dot Com boom, where she flourished as a Software QA Engineer for major corporations. In 1999, she returned to San Diego, settling in North County Inland to raise her boys. Embracing a DIY ethos on a budget, Rindy's passion for home remodeling blossomed. Balancing community volunteering and parenthood, she delved into real estate investing, fostering strong tenant-landlord relationships. A licensed real estate agent turned broker, Rindy thrives on guiding clients toward profitable investments and personalized homeownership experiences.
With her boys now in college, Rindy tackles ambitious projects in land development and construction management, including ADUs and public improvements. Her Personal brokerage, SuperHost Realty, focuses on short and mid-term rentals while she remains an Associate Broker at Halcyon Real Estate Services. Outside work, Rindy indulges in tennis, Pickleball, stock market ventures, and visits to local wineries. As a licensed notary, bookkeeper and a small business manager, she adds yet another layer to her dynamic persona.
